Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of crappy-tv. By registering you agree to them.

2. Use without registration

The site is publicly accessible — reading, searching and browsing require no account.

3. Community content

States ("Worth to watch" etc.), comments and ratings are community contributions. States change exclusively through the moderation workflow (proposal → review). Whoever contributes content remains responsible for its truthfulness.

4. Prohibited content

In particular, the following are not allowed: unlawful content, hate speech, harassment, spam, unsolicited advertising, unmarked spoilers, and automated mass scraping that degrades the service.

5. Moderation

We review proposals and flags and may remove content, restrict accounts ("is_banned") or suspend them. Reports go through the flag workflow — abusing that function may be sanctioned.

6. Karma

Karma points and daily vote contingents govern voting rights; manipulation attempts (e.g. multi-accounting) lead to revocation.

7. Termination / deletion

You may delete your account at any time (self-service in your account; Task 40) and choose whether your contributions are deleted or anonymised.

8. Changes

Changes to these terms are documented in the changelog and, where material, announced by email.
