The final season wraps up the major character arcs, with Ally leaving the firm and moving to New York after finding personal happiness. While some fans felt later seasons declined in quality, the ending itself resolves the central storylines and gives the series a fitting send-off.

The series ran five full seasons and concluded with a planned finale rather than being cancelled mid-story, so viewers get a proper sense of closure. Its blend of comedy, romance, and quirky legal drama made it a defining show of its era.
